About the Book
Dear Black Man Summary; Dear Black Man is a love letter in the form of a book to Black Men everywhere. In the book lies a message of systematic devices orchestrated by society to perform one simple task: to bring about the destruction of the Black race. Various highlights include; insights into the current communicative state of Black relationships, the internal effects that it is causing on our young, and a call to Black men to answer this horrific cry that has manifested itself into the plight that we are experiencing in record proportions. The book also seeks to give light to the love that many Black females have for their Black Men but may not always know the best way to articulate it, as well as shedding some light on what many call “attitudes” that are being displayed by our women in large numbers. Objectives: It is my hope that, with this book a form of internal healing can begin to take place. That it will permeate the hearts and minds of various races in understanding us from our own perspective and not from the synthetic perspective displayed and perpetuated over the centuries through various media channels by mainstream America. That this book can be embraced as a starting point for accountability. It is my intention to make known the importance of how something as simple as accountability can begin to reverse any damage done and further promote healing. This book, in no shape, form, or fashion is designed to denigrate another but to shed light on that which is set up against us for what it really is. The term “My people die for lack of knowledge” is in its purest form to date and there is no greater evidence that I can point to than the continuous fall of mankind since straying from the truth. With Love, Felicia D. Roach
