About the Book

Earlier generations and grandparents are part of history, the future is our children’s. Based on a time line of history, in reference to the evolution of religions, the book discusses enlightenment of our time. We can learn from history how to meet the future in respect of Freedom, Equality and Secular Democracy.

About the Author

Dick de Jounge was born in Sweden in 1933 and has, together with his wife, lived the last 25 years in The United States. They have 11 grand children. He has an engineering background and has never tried to be a writer. However, the Millennium and the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center shook his beliefs engraved from a Christian upbringing, and he started to write down what he had learned from history.
