About the Book

T-REX was an acronym for Terrorist Research Expertise, Inc. It was a for-profit think-tank funded by anonymous investors who were inspired to contribute following the 9/11 Islamic terrorist atrocity against the United States of America. That was the cover story. The truth of the matter was that the sole contribution came from CIA operational funds. Moreover, T-REX was not nearly as passive or academic as it was publically portrayed. Lawrence Sanders had been tapped by the Agency in the aftermath of 9/11 to head this newly organized company. On May 2nd, 2008 he was in Zurich, Switzerland on a routine courier assignment. It turned out to be far from routine, and nearly cost him his life.
