About the Book
It is incumbent upon religious educators that we learn to speak to our youth in the language of the times. As much as we would disapprove of the various colloquialisms used by our youth, we must admit that the hip- hop generation is here to stay. We must make the Gospel relevant to today’s youth. It is also our responsibility to take the Bible and give it legs and arms within the context of the 21st century. In turn, this book is an attempt at accomplishing this task. It is for this cause that I have written this book to give youth an opportunity to see a facsimile of themselves.
