About the Book

Dan Garn was just an ordinary guy. Not too smart, not too dumb, until he got involved in one of the biggest, most thrilling events of his life. A few weeks before school, his dad goes missing, and after weeks of no evidence, the police gave up. Shortly after, on the first day of summer school, Dan got recruited into a top secret organization known as the IMF. His first mission: stop Austin Black—one of the top ten most wanted criminal masterminds in the world. Will he be able to stop Austin and find his dad?

Nick Mecklenburg is eleven years old. He is a middle school student. He lives in Roseville, California. His hobbies include basketball, baseball, and collecting trading cards. This is his first novel.
