About the Author

Agnes Henchey was recently transplanted from Beaconsfi eld, Quebec, and is now a resident of Mississauga. Her career in the airlines and the travel industry spanned 45 years. She retired as Vice-President of P. Lawson Travel ( now Carlson Wagon-Lit), It took second place to the love of her husband, Gordon Henchey,whom she lost is 2004, and her three sons and a daughter. She enjoys writing because it comes naturally, like playing the piano. “Both”. she says “are exercises in relaxation and contemplation. Both evoke memories long stored in the recesses of the mind”.
