So I am back, as I told you I would be. Some things I overcame and some things I am still struggling with. Either way I am growing as a woman despite all. Chasing destiny is a process. If you were privileged enough to read my debut book “TAKE A WALK IN MY SHOES” you will have a more in-depth look at how much I’ve matured over the years. This book touches on love, heartache, faith, responsibility, mistakes, sex, self worth, etc. One thing I have learned about life is “it goes on”. And it is up to you, to make the best of your circumstances. I came from nothing; the utter basically. Yet it was my choice to turn it into something. My life is not perfect by a long shot. I still have things to work on. I am not balling outta control. And I am not quite where I want to be, but I’m on my way. And every day that God gives me, I try to be better than my yesterday. About the Author

Victoria L. Crosby is a native and current resident of Baltimore, MD. She currently attends CCBC in Baltimore County majoring in Criminal Justice Studies. She is an aspiring writer and poet. Ms. Crosby resides with her son whom she affectionately calls "Blayre Bear". As a teenager she wrote and published her debut book, "Take A Walk In My Shoes," which is a poetry collection based on her childhood and adolescent experiences. This latest book chronicles her thoughts, experiences, beliefs and the lessons she learned as she took her journey into adulthood. "I Cannot Be Defined" is a look into the mind of a young woman who beat the odds, and was unwilling to accept the title of "statistic."
