About the Book

All Breanna could think about was a way of escaping from her problems with her Dad.  It seemed like he had her in tears all the time.  When the escape path appeared, she could hardly believe her ears.  Even her best friend, Karen, was happy for her, but hated to see her go.

Many doors of opportunity awaited her in the near future.  All she had to do was trust God and quit worrying.  Her brother, Charlie, was leaving soon for the Army and her parents would be alone for the first time in many years.  This would be quite an adjustment for them.  Breanna was worried about her mother, but knew she could see her occasionally.  What was around the corner for this young, energetic young lady.  Only time would tell.

About the Author

Darlene is the author of her autobiography…”The Red Thread” and also a new book of fiction called, “BREANNA.” She has been a pastor’s wife for over 30 years. She also worked for Youth For Christ ministries for 15 years as well as many other church related jobs.
