Chloe Daniels who is recently retired from the Navy lands a position as a property manager at a private held property management company, On-Time Management. At the company, she finds out managing property is not the only thing on the agenda. Chloe quickly becomes friends with Anita Johnston. Anita is an undercover Drug Enforcement Agent (DEA) who is hot on the trail of a known drug lord, Gabrielle.
