About the Book

Goin’ to Paps is a short narrative that tells about the joy and appreciation of being with your loved ones and how relationship is built in having quality moments spent together. Kids and adults will definitely enjoy reading this book.

About the Author

I was born in west central Indiana. I grew up in the farming community and earned my money working for the area farmers. After high school I joined the Marine Corps. I was an electronic technician for a missile system. Using the G.I. Bill after five years with Uncle Sam I attended Indiana State University where I completed 4 years in 3. I met my wife (Marilyn) in one of my classes and married her a day after completing I.S.U. We have been married since 1979. I also started teaching in 1979. I retired from teaching in 2012. I wanted to do something special for my grandchildren so I started writing about them. This is my first attempt at publishing my work.
