The author, Lisa Chaneyfield, spares no detail as she explains each graphic part of her life as a drug addict, prostitute and prisoner. But there is a balm in Gilead. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. When she thought that she would not make it and she felt like giving up, Lisa experienced a love like no other. The love of Jesus Christ. As she reflects on each situation you can easily see how the hand of God was on her and guiding her through. As you read these pages, don’t regret the process. Realize that life’s struggles are only to make you stronger and wiser. Accept Jesus into your life and your heart aches will become a testimony a source of encouragement to someone else. About the Author

The daughter of a Reverend, Lisa Chaneyfield was born and raised in New York City. She is a loving wife, mother of six and grandmother of two. Missionary Chaneyfield is very active in her local church, where she attended since she was young. She is also the president of the “Let’s Talk Women Ministry” which was birthed out of a desire to share her story and give woman an avenue to express themselves and their struggles.
