About the Book
A very young Unicorn, named Emily is left stranded after a band of evil Gropin’s raid and kidnap the remainder of her herd. Emily’s mother who is among the captured saves Emily by hiding her in a brush pile during the commotion of the raid. Now all alone, Emily is scared, hungry and afraid she will never see her mother again.
Soon however, Emily is befriended by a little girl and her older brother who help her follow the Gropin’s, free the Unicorn’s and reunite Emily with her mother. A magical journey that will never be forgotten.
About the Author
Jerald M. North is the author of two previous novels, Voracity and Justin and Jin. He was born in Hyden, Kentucky and now lives in Cincinnati, Ohio. Before beginning his writing career he was active in the recycling industry for more than thirty-five years. His experience in recycling is in fact, the basis of his first novel - Voracity. After retiring from the recycling industry he worked as a real estate agent for eight years where he obtained the knowledge to write his current novel, Justifiable Homicide.
