About the Author

I am the daughter of the late Willie R. Anderson and Lillie M. Anderson. I am a lifelong resident of Laurens County, South Carolina and graduated from Laurens District 55 High School. I attend White Plains Baptist Church. Volleyball, pool, dancing, and bowling were some of my favorite things to do at a younger age. I still love those things; however, now I spend most of my time reading, writing poetry, watching my grandson and niece play basketball. My love for writing poems began at an early age. I primarily kept to myself and my mother would often ask me to write for her. I was inspired by the Word of God to put my thoughts and feelings on paper.
