About the Book
Alzheimer’s is a deadly disease and does not discriminate. It is not a disease of the poor, the rich, the famous or the indigent. It is a disease that anyone can get at any time. It knows no boundaries and it does not care whether you are white or black or of any other race, religion or creed. It is a disease that no one wants and we all want to help find a cure for. This disease is INCURABLE! When you are diagnosed with Alzheimer’s it’s like getting a death sentence for committing a crime. Except, there is no chance for parole or a pardon. This book is meant to explain my mom’s journey with this illness and how she felt and feels right now. It is also a resource for anyone that wants to get care for a loved one and needs to find out how to get the kinds of care available. This book was written to help raise funds to find a cure for this dreaded illness. Some of the proceeds from this book will go to the organization to help fund their research to find a cure.
