About the Book

Farmer John and Sophia Whitaker woke up to clucking sound of the chicken in the barn, "ahhh", farmer John yawned, as he stretches his arm. It's almost 4 A.M. and he is ready to start a new day of harvesting corn, potatoes and some pumpkins while Mrs. Whitaker prepares some breakfast before they both head into the farm.

About the Author

Anna Liza Barroga Carbonell-Matela currently works as a healthcare professional in Detroit, Michigan. Born and raised in Baguio City, Philippines, her passion for writing especially for writing children’s books was inspired by her daughter, Maria Claire Matela. Her, being a former member of the media correspondent through broadcasting in her earlier days paved the way to build her confidence to continue writing and deliver stories from the heart.
