About the Book

Tucker the Thoughtful is a fictional book about a dog that believes his acts are in the best interest of his family. In actuality, he is causing more harm than good. This book is seen through the eyes of a loving character—my dog, Tucker.

About the Author

I have a bachelor’s degree in early childhood and elementary education. Presently, I am a fourth grade teacher at a phenomenal school. I have been interested in writing children’s books for years now, and I am very blessed that I have been given the opportunity to do what I love. There is never enough space on a page for me to thank all the ones who have supported me. But in short, I want to wholeheartedly thank God first and foremost. In addition, I want to thank my immediate family—my husband, Lee and my children, Payton, Coleman, and Tucker (fur baby) for their continuing inspiration. I hope you enjoy the story. Thank you for letting a part of my life become a story in yours.
