About the Book

Two youngsters who find themselves in an existential funk seek ways to alleviate their worries. Each has a way of coping but cannot seem to grasp anything lasting that would alleviate these problems, that is, until they meet. Although they start at opposite ends of the spectrum, somehow they come together. All it takes is one night together for their lives to ultimately change. For each stage of the character’s development, there are ideal poems that express feelings and relative events. These poems are the fundamental material that inspired the creation of this short story and are meant to connect people and inspire the fulfillment of our desires.

About the Author

Aaron Ferro studied film and philosophy at the University of Rhode Island. The inspiration for this book came from his experiences there as well as a series of backpacking ventures. He is a method writer whose mission it is to explore the childlike sense of wonder that he believes is innate within all people. He thinks it important to express ourselves and pursue all we wish to accomplish no matter how seemingly unattainable or unorthodox.
