About the Author

Picturing It Our Way “Why look back on the past, when you have the future to look forward to?” Miss Gomez’s 5th Grade Class of 2016 from La Madera Elementary School was eager to write a book this year. Inspired by previous publications of Miss Gomez’s former classes, this year’s class wanted to focus on the importance of education and being prepared for the future. As each child researched a possible career path, options for making the world a better place presented themselves. It is their greatest hope that their stories bring joy, insight, and a greater knowledge of the endless possibilities that can lie ahead.
