It is possible most people are so comfortable that they do not appreciate the horrors of poverty and those unfortunate enough to be caught in its tentacles. Our senses seemed to have been dulled by the relative luxury we see around us that we are not aware of the circle of poverty that exist. This simple book opens our minds to the issues of poverty and what each individual can do to overcome it.
