About the Author

I have been an executive chef in some of this country’s most popular restaurants, clubs and hotels for more than 40 years. Being a chef has been one of the greatest accomplishments of my life with the exception of having two great children. The food industry has allowed me many opportunities to meet and serve people from all walks of life. I wrote this book to put the fun back into cooking.
