About the Book

This book, Reflections of Life, depicts a variety of life’s situations that cause us to reflect. We do reflect on life one day at a time, because as the years go by, there are so many events of the past and hopes for the future. There are so many beautiful places such as the hills, mountains, rivers, lakes, flowers, trees, and shrubs. There is also the meeting of people of different cultures and the bonding of friendships. And as we reflect on life, its creation is forever baffling, wondrous, and miraculous—as in the birth and life of a human being. Therefore, the result is a reflection of life.

About the Author

Mrs. Simmonds authored three poetry books – Words on Wings, Words from the Writer’s Pen and Read with Me. She has a fourth book: I Will Sing- Book of Prose. She also compiles quotes, one is, “Teach Me and I Will Learn; Show Me the World and I Will Understand My Fellowmen.” Mrs. Simmonds is also an international traveler, having traveled to Nigeria, South Africa, Hong Kong, Canada, Israel and several countries in Europe. Her hobbies are cooking, reading and she is an ardent butterfly collector.
