Off Topic is a very unique book. You may have never seen a book like Off Topic and you may never again. I wanted to give readers encouragement, hope, faith, love, and a piece of myself all at the same time.

About the Author

I was born and raised in Chicago Illinois. I lived there with my mother, stepfather, and three sisters. After I graduated from High school in 1999, I moved to Iowa, where I currently live with my three children. I’ve always had a like for writing but never really fell deep in love with it until a few years ago. Many people ask me why I love to write, and I would have to say that writing is not only one of my many gifts from God but it’s also my way of expressing Who I Am and sharing my gift with others. Why Off Topic? I had to write this book and throughout the whole writing process I was afraid. I was more so afraid of putting myself out there in such a way that I never have before, telling my life secrets to people I don’t know and that can judge me that’s all a bit scary to me. But I also know that me opening up and sharing a piece of who I am can possibly be a blessing to someone else, everyone has a story , but if you don’t share it than it’s just that; your story, it can and never will be a testimony until you stand up and bless your life with someone else. Who is Off Topic for? Off Topic is for everyone that needs to be uplifted, encouraged, motivated and need to feel hope. I believe that there are a lot of people walking around feeling as if things are going to always look as they do now and it’s just my responsibility to let people know that you are not your current reality. Is this my last book sharing myself in thus way? No, this is actually the appetizer, Off Topic is just based off of another book that will soon be coming your way titled You’ve seen my Struggle now Witness my Gain.
