Meet Oliver the stripped cat hiding under his stripped hat Oliver has become scared at night time. He sees things moving on his bedroom wall and under his bed. He hears noises outside that are saying things, that makes him even more afraid. He gets so scared he hides under his hat until one night he can’t find his hat so he stayed awake all night and his eyes would not close so he could not go to sleep. What Oliver found was the scary things he had seen on his walls were not scary and all of the noises heard outside his bedroom window were animals saying funny things to Oliver. In this short story, Oliver becomes a courageous cat and he does not have to hide under his stripped hat at night time or EVER.

About the Book
Oliver has been a part of the Woods family for over twelve years. Oliver is always getting himself into trouble with his curiosity. At night, Oliver was scared of sleeping by himself. This is when I wondered what made Oliver so scared. In this book, Oliver reveals what he sees with the shadows on his wall and the noises he hears outside the window. I hope you enjoy this book and enjoy all the shadows you see on your bedroom wall along with sounds at night. Remember you might just find the things you have lost under your bed too.
About the Author
D. Woods and Oliver live in Michigan with a really cool family. When Oliver came into this family over 12 years ago, he was a tiny striped cat from a home that had a FREE cat sign by the road. On the way home from college, the Woods’ oldest daughter stopped and pick out the “not really FREE” cat, Oliver. Oliver has become a bit ornery but he is still courageous. He loves to hang out with the family and occasionally will go out to the chicken pen to see what Harriet is up to. As the Woods family has grown, so has their pets.
