About the Book

I have combined my travels with stories that happened during my life as so often, when you see or hear something, you instantly recall a situation from previous times. I have been as honest as I can be (from my perspective) and have pulled no punches in these reflections. If you read this and can relate in a positive way, then I am happy.

About the Author

I was born in 1952 in an outer Sydney suburb. I had a mum and dad and one brother who was five years younger, and during my life till I was eighteen, my cherished Nana lived with us. I loved primary school, hated high school, and left after getting the intermediate certificate at fourteen. A special exemption was given to me, and within a few weeks, I started a full-time position. A single parent at twenty-eight, I worked all through my life, sometimes working two jobs to keep myself and three young children happy, healthy, and safe.
