About the Book

This book is about a little girl named Summer. How she became a raindrop is another story that you may read about at another time, but for now I will tell you about Summer and what she did. Summer was a dancer-a ballerina who was chosen to rain with all the other raindrops, but she was different. She was a dancing raindrop. Sometimes her dancing got her into trouble. As you read her story you will learn more about this exciting wonderful little girl and how her life changed.

About the Author

Miriam Madison is an Author or poetry and children's books. She is a former educator with over 40 years of service to the public school system in Mississippi and Georgia. Miriam is an expert at writing both cerebral poetry and lighthearted, meaningful children's books. Much of her writing is deeply involved with her personal experience and heavily embedded family situations. Her writings seem to reach out to the soul and spirit of her readers. This is likely due to her very strong Presbyterian faith where Miriam serves as a Pastor and has done so for many years. Miriam has a long history of supporting the challenged and uplifting the downtrodden. Many of her former students reach out to her in acknowledgement of her efforts early in their lives as their educator and thank her for her tender love and care given. As her only son,I can truly say that my loving mother has been the Rock in my foundation that has allowed me to expand, expound, achieve. This latest book is just another indication that a divine higher power is in control of our lives and has given us many Angels on earth to help us when we need it. As you read and enjoy Summer Raindrop, let your mind wander to the place in time where you were used to show someone a higher meaning of life and love. This accomplished author depicts all of the good that the Holy Spirit intends us to be and transcend.
