About the Book

About the Author

Leah Shepherd is a writer and yoga teacher who lives in Maryland with her husband and two adopted sons. She previously co-authored a nonfiction book called “The Three R’s of Employee Benefits.” Outside of yoga, her happy place is dancing, hiking or enjoying a captivating book.
