About the Book

The storybook, Ghost of a Knife! is a tale of a lost knife and its journey home. The knife is unique. Also, it is special because of its quality and handle. The tale tells how the knife gets found, and then travels from one hand to another. Yet, no hand was quite a good enough fit! Eventually, Henry, the craftsman of the knife, spies it in a pawnshop. Henry remembers that his buddy, who is named Bryan, missed it, so he buys it. Henry custom made the knife with a ghost handle because Bryan enjoyed Halloween and ghosts ever since he was a child. Bryan grew to become an outdoorsman. In the end, the tale reveals that all is not lost, but rather there is hope in events sometimes. Also, it presents that what is good for one may not be good for another. The knife returned home!

About the Author

The author has four brothers. Each brother is inclined to the outdoors be it for camping, fishing, hunting or other. Different than her brothers, the author is inclined to spend time outdoors solely for fresh air, cool breezes and Nature. The author’s brother, Paul enjoys Nature, also. Both are hikers and explorers, too. As an adult, her most interesting travels were throughout the cities of Bethlehem, Allentown and Emmaus, which are located in the state of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. As a matter of fact, the author was born, raised and resides in Pennsylvania. Like Paul, the author enjoys ghosts at Halloween. Consequently, she was inspired to write the story, Ghost of a Knife! It is a fictitious tale for children. Other works published with Xlibris include The Treetop, the Wind, and the Balloon as well as Mommy Wants Her Baby! She is author of The Two Shining Families, also.
