About the Book

My new and twelfth book is called ‘My Destiny’, as you can see. Inspiration didn’t stop and so the writing goes on. Another book with 50 new poems. Maybe you aren’t much surprised anymore on how I keep doing that, but honestly, I still am. I keep seeing it as a blessing from God, to still be able to write down so many different and good stories. When I realized that I had written a few books, I’m now talking about those first three. Well, I started to have a wish of writing ten books, but for many years nothing came anymore, due to health issues. So I certainly want to thank my doctor Johan Strobbe, for helping me out of that terrible situation. Hope that you will all enjoy this twelfth book.

About the Author

I was born in Belgium on the 4th of January in 1958. I became interested in writing when I was younger. Not just writing, because writing a book is only one story. I wanted to create, make new stories, over and over again. So I started writing poetry, not just a few lines, but in a way nobody else did. A whole page with a whole new story, I call it ‘One Page Poetry’. Everywhere I was, I just started writing a few lines on a piece of paper or on a beermat. Sometimes these lines came easy, sometimes it took me many weeks to complete a poem. I want to write in a simple manner, write poetry for everybody, where one doesn’t need a dictionary to understand, feel or recognize what the poem is all about.
