About the Book
Linda Mahaffey, first time author, introduces two zany floral designers who won’t stick to the business of designing flowers. Deep in the south, on a small semi-tropic island, the duo become involved into what they believe is murder. Cloe Mitchell, owner of Sandcastle Floral and Julie Moore, her inquisitive assistance, find themselves in the middle of death, lies and deceit while preparing funeral flowers for the local chief of police. From the coastal beach to the graceful countryside, the pair will not stop until they get to the bottom of the mystery. Thrown into the mix is Joe Reynolds, full time cop and part-time employee at the floral shop. Out to make a few extra bucks and a new life for himself, little does he know he has met two women that would change his life forever. Along with a novel cast of interesting characters, the trio leads the reader from dead cats to dead men in this bizarre murder.
