About the Author

William A. Clark might be described best by numbers. He’s almost 84 years old, been married for 60 years, has 2 daughters, 4 sons and 16 grandchildren. He has 2 degrees, has authored 4 books and 30-35 articles. While in the Navy during World War II—aboard a wooden-hulled minesweeper—he rode out 3 typhoons and got battle stars on 2 campaign ribbons. During his 20 years of retirement, he has won Senior Olympics Gold Medals in 2 states, has taught 18 computers-for-seniors courses, and trained his 2 old hands to do fine woodworking.
