The Word Healed

About the Book

By journaling some mysterious events surrounding my illness with breast cancer and subsequent healing, I developed the concept for this book. It is not a story of life and death in the physical sense, but one of transformation of body, mind and soul. God revealed himself to me in a personal way, through his Word and his voice in my heart, through caring people, angels, music and dreams. During this time of profound change, I discovered the meaning of life in a new way, and consequently my spirit is filled to overflowing with “divine” gifts to be appreciated and shared.

About the Author

Christa H. Gapp grew up in Germany during World War II. Out of that turmoil and devastation her budding faith emerged. Meeting an American officer who shared her religious convictions, she married, put her career on hold and raised four children. In spite of constantly moving around the world, her family and faith community remained the constant. Because family was a priority, she became intrigued with the dynamic of relationships and immersed herself in marriage enrichment and healing ministries. Her book “The Word Healed” researches the multiple facets of her own healing and a renewed relationship with God and life.
