About the Book

TITIAN is an espionage-counterespionage specialist. Her makings were intricate. From the jungles, mountains, and beaches, of the strange world of American withdrawal from Southeast Asia, comes this unique and gifted maiden. She was molded by the ancient Vietnamese cultural survival ability to flourish under a thousand years of Chinese primary ascendancy; three hundred years of French cultural refinement; a few violent, bizarre, and somewhat ineffectual years of American hegemony, that also contributed to certain new DNA and long-term changing legacies. This Eurasian girl received a special education at Vietnamese and French Catholic schools, then on to Bangkok, Thailand for more high quality, disciplined, and intellectual influence at Jesuit Catholic schools, and eventually to Great Britain with scholarships to the cloistered and well-celebrated quality Cambridge University.

She eventually went on to graduate studies and finally recruitment to the Secret Intelligence Service (SIS) by DR. VASARI, a Professor of Italian Medieval History, who discerned in her certain special talents a uniqueness and aloofness that needed further refinement and enhancement, which would entail extensive and thorough training under varied conditions across the diverse rural and urban areas of the United Kingdom. These mental, physical, and spiritual trainings were to more fully prepare her life for as many eventualities as possible in the complex, intricate, and rarefied world of espionage and counterespionage.

With time, her missions would take her across North America, back to Great Britain, and then back and forth across the face of Europe, guaranteeing her survival with specialized intelligence, excellent preparation, creative ability, and a taste for power and adventure. Though part of a complex quilt with its patterns and shadings, snatches of different fabric and color, and complex geometric design, TITIAN stood alone in the quilt. She ultimately establishes her own shadowy federation of skilled specialized operations for altering conditions, situations, and circumstances, which directly influence the survival of Western civilization, especially the monolithic influence of the ancient Roman Catholic Church.

Her own creative shadowy organization becomes a helpmate to an extremely ancient secretive organization protective of the dominant Roman Catholic Church necessary for the continued survival of a recognizable Christianity in an ever increasingly hostile atmosphere of unbelief, disbelief, and subtle and outright hostility. TITIAN'S world is a moving landscape of carefully planned actions against situations and individuals who could be exceedingly hostile and antagonistic to the survival of Christian Western civilization that had been erected on much blood through the passing centuries. Hers is a world of intricate, contorted, and unusual loyalties and disloyalties set against a constantly changing, moving background of the USA and Western Europe.

TITIAN, who is tantalizingly enigmatic, and velvety dangerous, was originally created by others in the shadowy nether world of the supposedly nonexistent, intelligence entities. She eventually moves beyond her creators to create her own deceptively, indistinct, and obscure organization. Her mysterious veiled actions change circumstances and situations subtly and nearly invisibly, trying to enhance and preserve the survival of a beleaguered Western civilization.
