About the Author

Dr. Sandra Tanner Born in Pittsylvania County, Virginia and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Dr. Sandra Tanner is a graduate of Cappella University, Central Michigan University and the University of Richmond. At an early age, she developed a love of mystery and suspense books from reading Sherlock Holmes and Ellery Queen. She has directed this love into writing her first mystery book—Sundrenched Water Dr. Tanner loves to look at everyday situations and popular television shows in order to solve the crime ahead of the detectives. She considers herself to be an amateur sleuth. She also enjoys formulating plausible ways the murderer could have gotten away with the murder. Dr. Tanner currently lives in Richmond, Virginia with her husband. She is employed fulltime at a local firm as the Administrator for the Supply Management department. She volunteers at her church and the local chapter of the Institute for Supply Management. She continues to read every chance she gets. Her next book project centers around the murder of a woman who before her murder refused to reveal the names of the fathers of her grown children.
