About the Author

Susan H. McIntyre raised and home schooled two stron willed, multi-need children with joy and laughter. With a degree in speech and language pathology, she thinks with the heart and the mind of a parent/teacher. Her days are fillled with love, laughter, reading, writing, and dancing with her dogs in the kitchen. She lives in California with her husband, two younng adults, and three rescue animals. She is an award-winning writer who has written children's newsletters, special education articles, business manuals, and even poetry. This is her fourth published book, and it marks her debut into stories for young children.
