A man once made a statement that went somewhat like this. If you have an opportunity to meet me and you Miss that chance, actually you haven't lost a single thing. On the other if you ever have the privilege to meet Jesus Christ and you Miss that opportunity then, my friend, you have missed it all.
Of all that I might tell you about me as an author would not make a lot of difference. I'm married to a beautiful wife, have four wonderful children and six grandchildren to which I love dearly. The desire of my wife and I is to leave a legacy, not of ourselves but rather one that points them to Christ.
The question still could be ask, who actually wrote this book? Although it has my name on it my true desire is for it to be inspired by a man much greater than I am or ever will be.
What must be understood is that I, like many other people have the Spirit of God that dwells within me. My desire is to allow Him to guide me in all I do. That actually makes him more of an author that I am speaking of.
It's a great blessing to use what little talent I have for God's glory. The truth of the matter is that it's more about him and less about me.
As the man that has the privilege of holding a pen, so to speak, if I can write something, any little thing that causes one or maybe a few people to consider what is being taught, began to study on their own and learn greater things, then to me, that in itself becomes a great victory.
As you read, allow God to open your understanding.
