About the Author

Christopher Gordon is a 16 years law enforcement veteran of the Jamaica Constabulary force, who now works in retail and insurance in Florida. He’s the tenth of thirteen children for his mother, and grew up in abject poverty in St. Mary, Jamaica due to his father’s absenteeism which drove his mother to giving away himself and many of his siblings to strangers as helpers or farm hands because she couldn’t care for them. Christopher never had the privilage of attending high school and sparsely attended other schools up to Middle School. He left school before his fifteenth birthday and also left the family he grew with because of severe physical and verbal abuse. His experience and education thereafter came from the streets where he eeked out a livelyhood doing whatever he could find to do until he became a cop.
