About the Book
John was inspired to write this about fuels-not fools- because of his suffering as a child without the conveniences of electricity, or fuel for heating,e.g,. also running water or telephones; because all three require fuels. after 60 years studying/working as an Engineering Project Manager mostly on Energy/fuels; including projects like: coal to liquids and the Technology/Economics of Alcohol for Motor Fuels.On the latter I authored a book on the subject; both projects for the DOE/USA. I have had only one Government job- a county Sanitation Engineering position. I only lasted 3 months. I quit after turning the water off on a Apartment Complex owned by the local Republican- I was threatened. at that time, I had 2 young children. the reason? the Owner by-passed the health permit regulations. back to our book that started only about Energy, but morphed into the other Eesque of life: ending with a plan to extend oils 30-25000 years, and saving the environment; while at the sane time saving 99& 44/100% of the worlds transportation cost, and 50% of the cost of electricity generation. a bonus is the saving of 10s of thousands of deaths, and millions of pain and sufferings. the Truth and only the Truth; with Knowledge and Compassion as the Props.
About the Author
John as a poor child was forced to work a worn-out farm without electricity,running water or telephone in Appalachia- by an abusive father. we dug ourselves out of this pit, when our dear Mother escaped with the seven of us. I when on to finance 100% going to auburn and Xavier, graduating with high honors, top engineering graduate; with memberships in the honor societies of Phi Kappa Phi- all top graduates, Tau Beta Pi- engineering and president of Phi Kappa Upsilon- chemistry. John worked 50 years as an Engineering Project Manager obtaining titles like President of the Ohio Consulting Association, Youngest Project Manager and Technology-Vice President. He has 2 daughters, a son and a beautiful grand daughter. and a second ex-wife that still loves me. and a third that barely did.
