About the Book

In this book, Penny finds herself on an adventure. She has become separated from her mom at a pet store. Through her eyes and words, we see how she enter acts with strangers and those who are different than she is. How she has learned to trust herself and the ones that love her. Lessons we all need to remember and teach our children.

About the Author

Terri Pierce lives in Red Oak, Texas with her two sons, Adam and Ryan. Their family includes dogs, cats and a horse. She works with autistic children and they enjoy being read to. They especially enjoy the stories about animals.
