About the Book

This book is a precious gift that anyone can be happy to receive, have, read, and empower themselves with beneficial knowledge to be healthy and stay healthy as long as possible. To be healthy makes no distinction in religion, race, color, creed, power, well-being, social status or how famous and talented you are or what political party you choose. What’s in this book makes no distinction about your choice of love, romance, and type of family, work, career, business, and sexual preference. The goal of this book is to be happy, healthy, live a prosperous life, get along with each other, and tolerate each other, smile, and laugh, say hi, hello, look at each other, and do much more with each other. Once in a while, take time ask yourself, who am I? Why am I here on this earth at this time in this century with all these other people? You can say to yourself, I could’ve been born in another century with all the other people. But I am here in this century with all the other people with you and me. Let us be healthy, love each other, and live longer.

About the Author

There are three subjects in this world that I choose not to ever discuss in my life: beauty, politics, and religion. Here is why: Beauty—for almost every mother in the world, their sons and daughters are the most beautiful children or persons in the world. For almost every lover or romantic persons in the world, the person he or she is in love with is the most beautiful person in the world! Politics—for almost every politician in the world, no matter how defective or unqualified, the politician believes their party is the best. Although I am not affiliated with any political party, I still vote privately as a citizen. Religion—for almost every religious person in the world, he or she believes that his or her religion is the true, the real, the most perfect worldwide, religion or cult. And who am I to say otherwise? For me, what is important is not what comes through your mouth but what stays in your head, mind, heart, and soul. To me, searching and making sure of what you say or do in detail and early enough is always a useful quality. One of my biological children always tells me when she confides in me that I always take things to the extreme, she always tells me, “Just listen until I finish talking before you tell me what to do.” Most of the time, by her first sentence, I tell her the answer or what to do. Earth Brother Not too long ago, I did an experiment. I went to the nearest mall from my house. I found a large group of teens of different ages, races, and complexion, but they were all males. They were loud, unorganized, and risky. But regardless of the danger, instead of calling security like some other people might have done, I approached them. I picked one of them who was close to my size and hugged him and said, “You are my brother, and I love you.” His response was, “Lady, who are you? I am a little boy. I don’t know you and don’t live in this neighborhood.” I said, “But you are a human being living in America, on a planet named Earth, in the same century.” He said, “Yes.” I replied, “I am an old lady doing the same thing, isn’t it great?” He exclaimed, “Yes!” The others said yes also. I continued my usual hour walk and met them back and forth, and each time we met, they said, “The earth century sister, we love you.” I said, “I love you too. Be good, be healthy, and live to the next century.” I am very creative. I almost always have ideas, creations, and inventions, which I use often when I work in construction for myself and family. I do decorating, arts and crafts, painting, and sewing. I made my own tools, which were very becoming because they worked beautifully for my needs. I like to research, observe, experience, and experiment all throughout my life. I love to be my own scientist. I listen, investigate, and read statistics in newspapers, books, magazines, and other media. I put two and two together and experiment with the information in order to create my own ideas, opinions, and theories.
