About the Book

Spike & Lucy is an adventure story that takes place in the central Oregon coast with Grandpa Mac's real twin step grandaughters. Cape Perpetua is a few miles south of where they live and one of the best hiking national parks in the country. Mac created the Kung-Fu Hiking Stick for a female neighbor who hiked alone in the Coast Range where there are black bear, cougars and other potentially dangerous animals. He has filed a provisional patent but on the back cover offers do-it-yourself instructions for non-commercial use, believing everyone who purchases a comic might want to make their own KFHS. About the Author

The author has several years of Kung-Fu training, 37 years Tai-Chi, 27 years Chi-Kung and 20 years yoga. He is currently living in Hawaii while working on the sequel, Spike and Lucy in Hawaii - Black Rainbows. While in Hawaii he will be teaching an exercise course, Aloha Healing Meditation Practice.
