Witch Wobble and Friends

Henry and David had joined Witch Wobble outside and were under the rocker arguing whether all the rockets now going into space were affecting the ozone layer. Suddenly their attention was caught by a shadow in the drive, which then turned onto the path. Walking towards them, yes walking, was a tired looking bat. Walking up to Witch Wobble he said “Hi I’m Barry. I’ve been told you’re a kind person and might let me sleep over tonight.” “Of course” said Witch Wobble “what’s the story? Shouldn’t you be flying around at this time now it’s dark?” “Yes, I have been for the past hour or so, but now my arms are aching” said Barry. “But you’re a bat, if you’re not flying then you should be hanging upside down in a cave somewhere” said Witch Wobble. “Can’t do that” said Barry “it gives me a headache.” “Hang on,” said David “if you don’t sleep upside down then how do you sleep?” Barry replied “Generally sitting up if I can get comfy, the wings don’t make it easy to lie down.” Henry broke in “If you don’t sleep upside down, but sitting up, then that’s upside down for a bat isn’t it?” “So I am sleeping upside down then?” asked Barry. “Are we saying that bats upside down are really right way up then?” asked David. Witch Wobble left them to work out which way was upside down for a bat, (or was it down side up?) and went indoors.
