Ned Kelly Harrell is from Long Beach California. He grew B.M.X. biking, skate boarding, boogie boarding and skim boarding. He has been drawing as a hobby for many years now. He enjoys hiking, reading books and watching movies. He owns over 400 D.V.D movies. He loves cats and is a vegetarian. He recieved a high school diploma in 2016 from Adult School. He is 43 years old and currently lives in Northern California.
