About the Book

In this first volume, I wanted to share a collection of quotes, words of wisdom, memes, and jokes that I found to be interesting, funny, and useful in my life. Some of them are educational, emotional, hard-core, edgy, and funny. I figured by sharing, I can help somebody through a rough day by putting all these things in one place to revisit from time to time. So like that first cup of freshly brewed coffee in the morning, I hope this collection of quotes, words of wisdom, memes, and jokes make you feel all warm inside.

About the Author

Howard Lee Cole Jr. is a first-time author. He began collecting materials for his book while completing his master's degree at Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education and Psychology. A thirty-four-year cancer survivor, Howard embarked on a journey to live his life to the fullest. He works in management for a world-renowned French spirits company. In addition, he recently launched his own premium cigar line, Noble Crown Cigars. He resides in the Los Angeles area with his wife and son.
