About the Author

René-Marc Mangin is a mediator and management consultant specializing in communications and conflict resolution. This book represents the integration of knowledge obtained from his training with three masters including a co-founder of the Harvard Negotiation Program, an MIT planning expert, and a master trainer of NLP and nonverbal communication. Dr. Mangin holds a multi-disciplinary doctorate, an MBA, an MS (environmental toxicology), and undergraduate degrees in biology and cultural anthropology. René-Marc is a former president of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution. He is also listed in Who’s Who in Communication and Strathmore’s Who’s Who.
