About the Book

The"Mountain of love" is a fictional story written in poetic form.along with pictures/photos to the poem/story. It does have some of the authors,and his wife's experiences included in parts in the story.it is a love poem/story,surrounded about a very beautiful mountain,that its self has its own story.Plus around the main characters who make up the forbidden love that happens between two different cultures from different backgrounds,traditions,and beliefs in a young country striving to recoupe,after two world wars,and live as one in a beautiful country. Its a story that could happen anywhere around the world. All names,places,and identities are fictionary,and are not releted to any real life sembleness or work.Any suck likeness is strictly coincidence,and no intention is applied too.

About the Author

Will Stanley,has only just started to write poems in the last few years.he is seventy- one years of age,and lives with his wife,and twenty-one year old grandson. Him and his wife has seven children,and twenty-one grand children,and one great grandson,and the whanau(family) is still growing. They live in a small farming community town in the Waikato of the north island of New Zealand. This is his first book,the "mountain of love",was built on how his wife use to tell it about how Mt Taranaki got to where it stands today,and the poem/story is built aboutand around that mountain. His eldest daughter Kon,and eldest son Stan jnr always encouraged him to write a book.Was also urged on,and inspired by Nicky Chappell from Taranaki New Zealand,Joan Harmes from South Afica,and Cynthia Cox from West Virginia from the USA,to write my poems into a book.My deep appreciation to them all,and many others for their support and graces contributions of encouragements.
