About the Book

Poetry is a way to express my innermost thoughts and emotions. Through my many trials and tribulations I have learnt a great deal about “living a life”. The wisdom I have gained will hopefully benefit others. Life presents many lessons which enhance integrity and gives love and light to one’s soul. Accepting room for improvement keeps our minds open. Life’s experience’s provide us with inspiration and allows us to connect with our consciousness giving a broader outlook on life. Thank you for reading and enjoying my poetry and verse.

About the Author

I grew up on a farm in New Zealand’s King Country. During this era of my life I received the grounding I needed to voice my thoughts in writing, to apply them to poetry and verse. Later, years after mastering the skills of designing and creating a garden, the whole package came together for me to engineer a humble and sustainable way of life. I achieved happiness and fulfi lment through gardening and writing and hope you enjoy reading this book of verse as much as I enjoyed writing it.
