About the Book
Artistic Adventures – Virtual Exhibitions. This book has a specific destination ofVanuatu. It supports the Arts skills and Knowledge areas of Line & Shape. There are 24 original images. The images are a mix of original art work and original photos. The works of art use a variety of art mediums. Support materials are at the back of the book. These include activities that are appropriate for Grades 1 – 7. The activities follow a curriculum pathway which develop art skills and knowledge that can later be used in the unit to create unique works of art. If you need to develop planning documents, then the curriculum documents will be a tremendous asset!! The activities are based around an exhibition. The exhibition can be taken through the book or through free online access. The online exhibition can be paused, forwarded, replayed and discussed as needed. You are welcome to forward a few art examples from the units you undertake to be included on the exhibition webpage. Each book can be used to support your term unit of work. The curriculum activities are intended to run over a term. It is expected that schools would align books with term units to avoid repeating units in later years. Want your students to love Art? Want easy plans to follow? You’ll want this book !!
