About the Author

Samreth Mammoun completed his LL.B from the Royal University of Law and Economics, the prestigious university in Cambodia, completed his Master Degree and accomplished his Doctoral Program from Nagoya University, one of the best imperial universities in Japan. Before joining the HBS law fi rm and Consultants as legal advisor, he gained extensive experience working in different capacities in Cambodia and across the Asia Pacifi c region. He is recently an adjunct professor of numerous universities in Cambodia. He is fl uent in Cambodian, Japanese, English, French and Vietnamese.
