All About Mary

About the Book

Mary is 4 years old and she is a pre-schooler, she lived in a high rise fl at which seemed to go right into the clouds in the sky and as Mary lived on the top fl oor she felt she lived in the clouds! She lived with her mummy, daddy her parrot Henry and her cat called Tibbs. This story is the beginning of Mary’s adventures. A sad event in her life meant that her life was about to change. She moves to the country with her mummy who takes a job as a teacher in a small village school. They live in a very large house with a garden that stretches as far as the eye can see with a large oak tree at the bott om. Mary meets to fairies in her garden who she has an adventure with, as she left her friends at home, which means she is very lonely. The fairies fl ip and chip decide to fi nd Mary a new human friend. Mary fi nds out that she doesn’t have to go far to make a new friend.

About the Author

I am 45yrs old, I am married with four children who are grown up now. I have 3 grandsons who keep me busy. I have lived in DARTFORD, in Kent for 37 years. I have professionally been a nursery nurse for a number of years. I am at present a childminder to my 2 youngest grandsons who are 3 and 4months old. I have always been a storyteller I used to make up stories for my children. This story is the fi rst one I made up to tell them as they went to bed. My children encouraged me to have my stories published. This is the fi rst part of the Mary adventures enjoy!
