The novel is set over the decades of the 70's, has humour, heartache, reluctance and revelation but most obvious it shows the clear and unmistakeable hand of God's Spirit as the characters reveal His voice and actions in their lives and communities.


About the Author

• Stephen is currently working as a non-stipend church minister with over 25 years experience in non-conformist Churches, and currently serves a small congregation. He teaches meditation and holistic spirituality to small groups and individuals and is also a trained counsellor, holistic Reiki Practitioner and hypnotherapist. He has a first degree in Humanities (major: Religious Studies); a masters degree in Economic and Social Studies (MSc Econ) and a Doctorate in Social Economics (DSc). • Stephen has written three thesis: “Catherine Booth: Her continuing relevance to female ministry” (BA). For the Masters: “Ensuring Good Collaboration: An Ecumenical Model”. For the Doctorate: “Ecumenical Collaboration: Social Care Models”. • Stephen has lectured widely in social studies, social policy, sociology, religious studies and housing at both further and higher education. He has also been a course examiner for key educational bodies in the UK. • Stephen lives in the Sirhowy Valley, South Wales, with his partner.
